This version will probably have a lot in common with the GMC Hummer EV truck. And while Hummer will be more off-road focused, Sierra Denali EV will add more luxury and interior refinement. GMC Sierra Denali EV Specs: Driving Range, Charging, Acceleration
The upcoming 2024 GMC Sierra Denali EV will be impressive, in any possible way. Performance is just incredible, at least the manufacturer promised it. However, GMC won’t fail with this one, that’s for sure. The Edition 1 will have 754 horsepower, using two potent electric motors and a standard AWD setup. On top of that, Sierra Denali EV Edition 1 will generate up to 785 lb-ft of torque. Thanks to that, the truck will sprint from 0 to 60 mph in around 4.5 seconds.
This version will sport an air suspension and the “craw walk” system which will debut on the Hummer EV truck. In terms of driving range, the carmaker promises 400 miles on a single charge. The credit goes to a large battery pack, but its size is still a mystery to us. Lastly, the fast-charging capability is on offer, so you can charge this truck at up to 350 kilowatts. This means the GMC Sierra Denali EV can get 100 miles of range in ten minutes of charging.
Interior
First of all, the base version of the Sierra EV truck will look quite impressive. Thanks to that, it would be interesting to see what the 2024 GMC Sierra Denali EV model has to offer. Of course, Denali is the famous luxury trim level, but here, even the base model is more than premium. In any case, GMC will surely find a way to improve all of the cabin aspects, as the Denali trim level is quite expensive.
Tech-wise, the regular model offers a 16.8-inch touchscreen, the most recent phone integrations, and an 11-inch digital gauge cluster. The interior will be full of leather and open-pore wood materials. However, GM’s Super Cruise hands-free driving system will certainly come as a standard part of equipment in the Denali model. This is just one of the upgrades, so we can’t wait to hear everything about this model.
2024 GMC Sierra Denali EV Price and Release Date
The price of the new 2024 GMC Sierra Denali EV will start at $107,000, per reports. First of all, you can see that the Sierra’s Edition 1 is actually cheaper than the Hummer’s Edition 1. The biggest rivals are Rivian R1T and Ford F-150 Lightning. The base Sierra EV will start at around $50,000, according to General Motors. The Denali Edition 1 will arrive first, at the beginning of 2024.
