Recently, the first spy photos of the 2023 Ford Ranger Tremor appeared online for the first time. Furthermore, the prototype of the Ranger Raptor variant was shown to us a short time before this. If you want more off-road gear, you should get the Raptor model, which has a lot of it. The Tremor model won’t have as many features. As far as I know, it will still have a lot of extras.
It should be somewhere between the FX4 package and the Ranger Raptor models that have a lot of extras. Regrettably, the Tremor prototype was spotted testing covered in a thick layer of camouflage that obscures the majority of its appearance. The new model will have almost the same headlights as the Ford Maverick, which slots below the mid-size Ranger. However, we were still able to see some changes.

The next 2023 Ford Ranger Tremor prototype has had a lot of heavy camouflage on it when it was seen on the road. In spite of all the camouflage, we saw some changes. You can expect a new set of lights in the next model, as well. This isn’t all: We also saw these same headlights on Ford’s F-150 and the new Ford Maverick models.
This is even more interesting: The Tremor prototype has wheels that look a lot like the set of wheels on the Raptor version. New Ranger is said to be built on Ford’s T6 architecture, which is also used in the Ford Bronco. This architecture is different from the one used in the current Bronco. It will also have new tires, new suspension, locking differential, and skid plates.
Interior Details
We’re going to see a lot of new things inside the new 2023 Ford Ranger Tremor. It will be very different from the base model. As a result, people who buy this package will have more space in the cabin. This package also comes with more comfortable seats and an entertainment system. If you didn’t know, the new Ford Ranger has a 10-inch touchscreen.
It also comes with a lot of extra features that can be added to make it even better. Ford also has a much bigger 12-inch vertically-oriented screen on some of its more expensive variants, though. There is a lot to like about the cabin, which is good because the Tremor is a relatively cheap optional package.
Specs
It’s not clear yet which engine will be used. As far as I can tell, a lot of people think that Blue Oval will keep making the same turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine that has a 10-speed automatic transmission. Here, we have the same engine as before. It has 270 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque.
However, some reports say that the new 2023 Ford Ranger Tremor will produce more power. The rear-wheel-drive will stay, but a four-wheel-drive system will be an option. The Ranger Raptor is more expensive because it can go off-road. The credit goes to an upgraded suspension and rolling stock. Moreover, Blue Oval also provides Fox dampers and revised rear dumpers.
2023 Ford Ranger Tremor Price and Release Date
The forthcoming 2023 Ford Ranger Tremor will cost around $40,000. You can add some important upgrades and the mid-size off-road truck will cost $45,000, which is still affordable in our honest opinion. If you want even more capability, Ranger Raptor is the only way to go. This model will go on sale in the second half of 2022.
