Moreover, it saves money while the performance is the same. However, exact performance figures are yet to be announced.
The same system should power the upcoming Ford Explorer SUV. An electric motor will produce around 44 horsepower. Moreover, a 3.3-liter V6 seems to be the most likely candidate for a hybridization. With that in mind, F-150 Hybrid could generate 320 horsepower and 322 lb-ft of torque. We are more interested in fuel efficiency and the all-electric driving range. However, Ford is still refusing to provide more precise info.
2021 Ford F-150 Hybrid Price and Release Date
In terms of price, next-gen 2021 Ford F-150 Hybrid will cost between $35,000 and $40,000. Arrival date is not available yet, because of the COVID-19 outbreak. If everything goes according to plan, this hybrid pickup will go on sale later in 2020.
