2021 Chevrolet Silverado Gets Three New Editions

The newest reports are writing about 2021 Chevrolet Silverado and its three new editions. New editions include All Star Edition Plus, Texas Edition Plus, and LTZ Premium Texas Edition. Three new editions could also be referred as packages that you can apply on the LT, RST and LTZ trim levels. Here’s what each edition has to offer.

All three editions are very similar. We don’t need to mention basic stuff such as dual-zone automatic climate control or remote start system. It is only important to say that these editions are very premium and are offering luxury such as leather upholstery, LED lighting system, and larger displays.

Silverado Texas Edition Plus

The first new edition is the 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Texas Edition Plus. It is available on the LT and RST trim levels. If you opt for this edition, you will get all of the features from the Convenience Package II. That includes features and systems such as a rear sliding power window, a 120-volt power outlet, and an eight-inch color touchscreen. Moreover, HD rearview camera is available, along with additional USB ports and a HomeLink garage door system.

However, if you want the Texas Edition Plus on the RST model, you will get even better equipment. 20-inch aluminum wheels are available, just like the Bose Premium Sound System and exclusive Texas Edition badges. This edition is available on the 2020 Silverado as well. However, Chevrolet decided to replace it, add more features, and add the “Plus” suffix.

2021 Silverado All Star Edition Plus

The next special edition is more about details. The 2021 Chevrolet Silverado All Star Edition Plus is similar to the previous edition. It also adds all of the features from the Convenience Package II. However, it provides more equipment and more exclusive stuff. 20-inch aluminum wheels with Argent metallic pockets are standard. Of course, LT and RST trim levels can be had with this edition, and the RST variant offers more premium stuff, such as auto-locking rear differential.

So, what is so special about All Star Edition? It is almost the same edition as the “Texas Plus.” However, badging is the biggest difference. Interestingly, but dealers located outside the states of Louisiana, New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma can’t get All Star Edition Plus. Basically, if you are outside of Texas, All Star Edition Plus is the edition you can get.

2021 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ Premium Texas Edition

The third edition is called “LTZ Premium Texas Edition.” The 2021 Chevrolet Silverado offers this variant on the LTZ trim level. Premium Texas Edition is focused on high-tech features and safety. Besides that, you will get power sunroof, which is an excellent addition for 2021. However, this version offers the same elements from the Convenience Package II, and it adds Wireless charging for smartphone.
